The Creative Boss Starter Package is designed for new or growing business owners who need the foundation of their Shopify website professionally set up and designed.

This package focuses on getting your store started with an attractive, functional layout. It does not include product uploads or extensive custom graphic creation.

🎨 Custom Graphics & Branding

Unlike Tier 1, this package includes creative design assistance for your website.

Depending on what your business needs, this may include:

• Basic logo creation or existing logo refresh
• Brand color palette assistance
• Font pairing
• Image enhancement
• Branded section graphics

Custom graphics will be created specifically for use within the website project and according to the agreed project scope.

I will upload and organize up to 25 products using the information you provide.

This can include:

• Product title
• Product images
• Product description provided by client

• Product type/category
• Collection assignment
• Basic product organization
• Basic inventory information provided by client
• Tags when appropriate

You are responsible for providing accurate product information, photos, prices, variants, inventory details, and other required information.

Products beyond the included 25 uploads can be added for an additional fee.

Your Signature Package can also include:

• Navigation/menu setup
• Product categorization
• Featured collections

💜 WHICH PACKAGE SHOULD I CHOOSE?

Choose Creative Boss Starter — $180 if you already have your branding and content and mainly need me to set up your Shopify foundation and make your theme look professional. You will be responsible for uploading your own products.

Choose Creative Boss Signature — $275 if you want a more complete experience where I help with the website design, custom graphics/branding, organization, and up to 25 product uploads.

📋 WHAT HAPPENS AFTER PURCHASE?

After purchasing, you will receive the RoRo’s Creationz Website Design Questionnaire.

Please complete the questionnaire to the best of your ability. Some questions may not apply to your business, and that’s perfectly fine. You may select N/A or write “Not Sure” where appropriate.

The questionnaire allows me to learn about your business, customers, branding, products, website goals, design preferences, and functionality needs before your project begins.

You will also be asked to provide the necessary website content, files, and Shopify access.

⚠️ IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE PURCHASING

Full payment is required upfront for the package you select. All payments are non-refundable.

Your package price covers the services specifically listed within your selected tier. Requests outside of your package’s included services may require an additional fee.

Shopify subscription fees, domain registration/renewal, premium themes, paid apps, subscriptions, stock photography, paid fonts, and other third-party expenses are not included unless specifically stated in writing.

Project timelines depend on receiving all requested content, information, approvals, and access from the client. Delays in providing these items may delay completion.

Additional revisions beyond the number included with your package may require an additional fee.

Website design services do not guarantee sales, website traffic, search-engine rankings, or specific business results.
