Processing & Shipping Time

All custom cup orders have a processing time of 7–14 business days before shipping.

Because each item is custom handmade, some orders may require additional time depending on the design.

Additional time may be required for:

• Decorated lids

• Accessories

• Extra design details

• Complex customizations

If these options are added to your order, please allow extra processing time beyond the standard 7–14 days.

 

Special Processing Times by Product Type

• Paint Cups & Glitter Snowglobe Cups

These cups must sit 2–4 days to degas before they can safely ship. Even after degassing, micro bubbles may still form during shipping due to temperature changes and movement.

• Lava Cups, Mineral Magic (Cateye) Cups & Waterfall Cups

These can typically ship within 2 business days, as they do not require degassing unless accessories or extra add-ons are included.

• Live Claim Decal Orders

Usually ship the next business day, unless ordered on a weekend.

• Exclusive Decal Orders

Ship within 3–5 business days, unless ordered on a weekend.

 

Important Notice About Bubbles

Due to the nature of liquid-filled cups and the shipping and handling process, bubbles are inevitable.

For paint cups and glitter snowglobe cups, micro bubbles may naturally form into visible bubbles during shipping.

This is normal and unavoidable, and refunds or replacements will not be issued for bubbles that occur naturally during transit.
