Refund policy

Due to the custom handmade nature of all products, the following policies are strictly enforced.

All sales are final.

Because each item is custom made specifically for the customer, we do NOT offer:

• Refunds

• Returns

• Order cancellations

• Exchanges

Additionally, refunds will not be issued if you simply do not like the cup, as all cups are made live and customized specifically for you.

Bubble Disclaimer

Bubbles can occur due to degassing, shipping movement, and temperature changes.

For paint cups and glitter snowglobe cups:

• They sit 2–4 days to degas before shipping.

• Micro bubbles may still appear during transit.

These bubbles are a natural part of the process, and refunds or replacements will not be issued because of bubbles.

If your cup arrives damaged (cracked or leaking), you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To report damage:

1. Send clear photos of the damage

2. Contact us within 24 hours

If damage is confirmed:

• The item must be returned

• The cup will be inspected and evaluated

• We will determine the next steps after assessment

A replacement will not be sent unless the damage is reported within 24 hours with photo proof.
